The three main functions of RPlite are:

1) RP.symetric
2) RPpaired
3) integrate.Results.General

1) RP.symetric is the function to compute unpaired two-class differential expression for one or more matrices of same size

2) RPpaired is the function to compute paired two-class differential expression for one matrix

3) integrate.Results.General is the function that allows integrating partial or entire outputs from RP.symetric and RPpaired, especially useful when conducting meta-analysis
