Oh.. you are right. I've overseen that directory.
Please put rompr.conf into a directory like Apache2.
So everybody has to choose the right directory and can't take the first rompr.conf that appears.

The Order and Allow directives are deprecated in Apache 2.4.
You're using the wrong file.The config file for Apache 2,4 is in the Apache2.4 directory and already has the change you mention.
