The documentation says there is a B2Latex plugin, but I can't see it in the list of available plugins list in Install New Software. Has it been discontinued?
Yes, it is still available.. I have used it recently.
After 'install new software',
Look on the Rodin update site (Rodin - http://rodin-b-sharp.sourceforge.net/updates)
under the 'Utilities' category...
it is called:
Event B to LaTeX exporter 0.7.0.201607081834
