#34 iUML-B needs GMF to install

Installing iUML-B modules in rodin 3.4.0 fails requiring GMF tooling packages.

Howto fix:
upgrade from old version of rodin helps (didn't test but most probably works)
add update site for GMF tooling
- Help -> Install new software -> Add... ->
- Location: http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/gmp/gmf-tooling/updates/releases-3.2.1
* wait for next version - Colin will fix this
