When some states are changed in a state machine, when re-generate the code, old states are still in the code.
it does not happen always, do not know the scenario exactly.
This problem was due to the generated element having the wrong id for the statemachine that generated it.
It is not known how this happened however, to fix such corruptions the new generate ALL function will be changed to first remove all generated elements irrespective of 'generated by' id.

generate ALL function now removes all generated elements irrespective of 'generated by' id.
