[robotournament-team] Debian Packages, is this "distributeable"?

I'd like to make Debian Packages from this game.
What do "Wizards of the Coast" say about this game?
Do they allow it, or might they sue anybody distributing it?

Such copyright problems would be a stopper for the inclusion into
debian Linux. :-(
