[roboptim-announce] Website update

RobOptim website has been updated.
The new page is clearer, easier to maintain and contains information
about installation (including the new Fedora prebuilt packages).

Hopefully, it should be easier from now on for newcomers to understand
what is RobOptim and how to use it.
