#44 Japanese language file for 1.4.2

I am Mitsuhiri Yoshida, the official Moodle (https://moodle.org) and Mahara (https://mahara.org/) Japanese translator.

I jsut translated the Rootkit Hunter 1.4.2 en language file into Japanese (in UTF-8).
If possilbe, please check the attached ja language file and include it into the Rootkit Hunter.
