muliti track windows can be made out of https://github.com/ErwanLegrand/Traverso-DAW you don't need sheet part that open a new track list.

When a use duble click on waveform it would open the rezond editor in a new window
you just need blind the gui together.

This is outside the scope of rezound's current goals. Other software does a good job with non-destructive multi track recording. rezound's focus is to load a file, edit it, and save something different not multi track editing. "just need to bind the gui together" is "easier said than done" it would be a quite monumental task to do correctly.
