The 4500 are running different firmware than the 4000 units.
The 4500 require an encripted connection. The 4000 units
don't support an encripted connection. This means that the
4000 units can not talk to the 4500 units until SonicBlue
updates the 4000 series software to match.
SonicBlue will probably be updating the 4000 units within the
next week or two. When this happens, we intend to release
version 0.40 of ReplayPC with support for encripted
comunications.
