Fresh install of Realterm on a 64-bit Windows 7 machine. On launch of application it seems to hang for a few seconds and then displays a dialog saying "The semaphore timeout period has expired." Once OK is selected Realterm seems to continue normally, but then does not properly connect to serial devices on a selected port.
