#48 3.0.1.44 font button

Hi Simon, I am using RealTerm 3.0.1.44 which is looks great. Having trouble with the Font button and Font size. My RealTerm 2.0.0.7 worked good when I needed to increase font size. With 3.0.1.44 I see the added sizing buttons 7 & 14, very nice, also the Misc button which opens a INI page showing the current parameters is very nice. My concerns is when I click on the Font button to choose my Font and size the program will stop after I have chose my new font and size. I have tried to use the Misc and change the parameters on it then save it and exe it but the program stops again. I am using windows 10 which works fine with 2.0.0.7 as far as font sizing but doesn't on the 3.0.1.44. I would like to have my own INI file to set the same parameters each time for my programing. If you could help me learn the steps to first make my INI file then tell the program that I would like to use this when I open RealTerm each time I start my session I would appreciate your time. RealTerm seems great and I suspect my lack of experience is where my problems start. Thank you for your time. Certainly will donate again as my understanding increases. Thank you, Len

Hi Simon, I found out how to change a 2.0.0.7 new shortcut with the parameters I would like to start with by going to the properties and adding my parameters to the target, very easy now that I know. Still trying to change the Font size on the 3.0.1.44. The program seems to stall when going into the Font choice and selecting then hitting apply. I have been able to uncheck the change display boxes on the port page which does allow me to change the font sizes but my Maxiumize and Minimize screen seems to be a bit eradict after. I'll try to setup a new shortcut parameters on my programing computer this evening that has the 3.0.1.44 on it. Hopefully I'll be able to set all my parameters with that.
