#46 Access violation when loading Spy driver

I'm trying to use Spy mode to capture traffic between a program and a serial port as per this:

I made a donation and downloaded and installed the spy driver. However, when I click the 'Spy' button I get the following:

Access violation at address 77B86C8F in module 'ntdll.dll'. Write of address 004D14B4.

When I click 'Ok' the 'Spy' button stays down, but when I cannot connect the program to the port and I don't see anything in RealTerm.
