Hello, I am new here. I have been using Realterm for a few months now, but never had to make any changes other than baud rate and port. Now I need to capture data once per minute, but I am lost with the entire INI file and not sure of what to write as a command for this requirement. Any help is greatly appreciated.. Thank you

Using a recent latest version (3.0.1.44), use the inbifile button on the misc tab, or from the menu.
You can make an ini file, by double-clicking on the parameters you want in the right hand side box, and they get added to the edit box on the left.

The install tour should have shown you this...
You can re-run the install tour from the system menu->help->install tour
