#63 Command Line Options for CR/LF

I am using an INI file with the CR=1 and LF=1. This sets the check boxes for Send String 1 but not Send String 2.

I recommend that CR=1 and LF=1 set both sets of check boxes for string 1 and string 2.

For those that would like to set them separately, new command line options of CR1/LF1 and CR2/LF2 should be created.

I might make this have a binary flag param i.e. CR=1 does the same as present CR=3 sets both. (when I get around to the next update)
