#91 DISPLAY value error

Realterm version V3.0.1.43.
When I try to load the DISPLAY value from Command line (DISPLAY =-3) or by ini file (inifile=%APPDATA%\Realterm\test.ini) I receive a message error. I tested different DISPLAY value
The bug is present also in version V3.0.1.44. Tested in Win10 and Win8.
When the bug occours the only way to close Realterm is by using Windows Task Manager.
If I remove the DISPLAY value from command line or from INI file, RT is able to load the other parameters
without error messages.
Version V.3.0.0.33 works proprerly with DISPLAY value.

Probably a duplicate of #89, fixed but untested in v.. .45
Test the beta45 version, and report your result in https://sourceforge.net/p/realterm/bugs/89/

Tested in v..45, it works with display=1
