The Sync feature is unreliable. Consider the data stream in the attached picture.
Initial entering the sync character 0xFC yields the wanted result (FC as last data, then CRLF, then E3 as first data in new line). However, in this situation, changing the sync to
0x47 0xFC
and then back to
0xFC
you can see, that E3 is moved to be the last data of the line before.
