#79 +CRC checkbox won't select in V3.0.0.30 (Windows10)

Can't tick "+CRC" checkbox in send tab, it won't select and let me choose "Modbus16" from dropdown. After clicking "+CRC", "Hex" checkbox grays out and can't be enabled until realterm is closed and opened again.

Same thing happens on two computers running Windows10. Older version V2.0.0.70 workes fine.

adding two lines:
CRC=1
CRC=3
to realterm.ini file overrides this default (for Modbus16 CRC algorithm).
After that it works ok.
