#75 Repeated dump file to port results in extra bytes being sent

I am using windows 10 pro version 1151 64 bit

When the file in question is sent once the correct number of bytes are sent. If sent repeatedly eventually extra bytes are sent. The file is 4920 characters long.

I apologize please delete this. I was unable to replicate this bug looping it back through a different FTDI adapter. I have some kind of hardware problem.
