#101 Kaspersky complains about beta RT 3.0.1.44_setup.exe

I have been running beta 3.0.1.44. The latest Kaspersky Recovery CD malware scanner reports "Not-a-virus:RiskTool.win32.cmdow.a for the RT file realterm_3.0.1.44_setup.exe
For right now I'm ignoring this.
Suggestions?

What is wrong about the message?
I'm reporting exactly what Kaspersky reported when I ran their scanner.
This is between you and Kaspersky.
I am doing a service reporting it to you. I take it from your response that
you don't care.
