[Rapidsvn-general] Error message

I am new to RapidSVN and am having some difficulty.  I was trying to do a
"Move" and obtained the following error message.  Any ideas?

Execute: Add
Error while performing action: Can't move
'C:/svn_local/trunk/5_SupportSW/5_5_Change_Management_SW/.svn/tmp/entries'
to 'C:/svn_local/trunk/5_SupportSW/5_5_Change_Management_SW/.svn/entries':
Access is denied.
