Not working yet. For the compilation itself, the svn include has to come
in first (otherwise the preprocessor gets confused for some reason I
can't explain). Attaching a patch.

I don't know enough about auto* to settle this though.

Also, once the autoconf code is finalized, the src/Makefile can be removed from the tree..
