#6 New player Email Verification

Similar to the feature of other online games, force new
users to validate their email (cuts down on dupes).

Minor change to the character creation step. Instead of
logging a user in automatically, force them to retrieve a
temporary link from email. (or something)

A nice to have, but we would need to figure out what features
to implement.
