[Qucs-help] Mosfet N as switch

Hello, 
I was making some tests with qucs rev 0.0.18 but I am not able to get a Mosfet N (generic) to work as switch. Maybe I am doing some big mistake in using the simulator. I attach a very simple circuit delivering, on node I,a V=10V even if the Mosfet should be turned on always. 
Please, can you give me an hint on what I am unable to see ?
