Hello, I was making some tests with qucs rev 0.0.18 but I am not able to get a Mosfet N (generic) to work as switch. Maybe I am doing some big mistake in using the simulator. I attach a very simple circuit delivering, on node I,a V=10V even if the Mosfet should be turned on always. Please, can you give me an hint on what I am unable to see ? Thank you very much. Hello Marco, attached a simple switch example (qucs 0.0.19 schematic). Changed MOSFET parameters are Vt0=0.5 V, Lambda=0.01, W=120 um, L=12 um. For a check I like to have Qucs 0.0.18 installed. The Qucs-binary package at Sourceforge is 121 MByte. With Sourceforge rumors in my mind ... does it is save to install this unusual big package? |
