#12 Variable Statusbar Position in Deathmatch Mode

ericw says the left-aligned status bar in deathmatch mode is an oddity from vanilla.
I'd like to be able to center it, if possible.

Related: there's a little display of top scores next to the statusbar that might have been the original reason for moving the statusbar to the left. It would be nice to be able to position that, too.
