#46 Mipmaps corrupted when using non-power-of-two-sized textures

When using the attached ogre-fish texture in arcane dimensions, for example, the fish looks corrupted from far away, then normal up close.
Once the texture is resized to have both dimensions as powers of two, the mipmapping is fixed.

    You're correct - I take it Quakespasm in it's non-QSS form doesn't support external retexturing of MDL's at all, regardless of file format?
