#13 Mode changes can corrupt liquid textures

Observed in 0.91.0 test builds, and 0.85.9 as well. (edit: only tested on OS X, I suspect it happens on all OS'es though)

  • launch at 640x480, windowed, and with "r_oldwater 0"
  • do "map start"
  • change to 1024x768 windowed
  • change to 1920x1080 windowed
  • this last mode change makes liquid textures turn into random garbage.

Seems to be some issue with TexMgr_RecalcWarpImageSize, will look into
