MinGW cross-compiling Qt3/Free

Hi there!

I was trying to cross compile QT3/Free on my GNU/Linux
machine to the MinGW32 target as described in the
Notes of the cross-compiler files. Also I tried to
use the QMAKESPEC win32-g++-cross. Didn't work either
(missing include path). I would like to use the
standard mingw32 cross-compiler from Debian with a
normal (existing) Qt3 Debian package. Can anyone help
to improve the win32-g++-cross mkspecs file, so it
will work?
