#33 renaming indicators from GUI

The process of creating a new indicator usually entails the clicking on 'new indicator' and then step by step choosing one of them. Once created such indicator can only be deleted but not renamed.
Could renaming of indicators be introduced. Or at least could the name field appear to the user at the very end of the creation process? This way the name would be chosen on the basis of a selection from the TALIB library.

I changed this issue from a "Bug" to a "Feature Request".

In the meantime, indicators can be re-named using the filesystem, e.g.
cd ~/.qtstalker/data1/indicator/Indicators/
mv bar foo
.. and re-start Qtstalker.
