#129 Ichimoku indicator better line colour
With the Ichimoku indicator, could the colour for the "SENKOU SPAN A" line be orange rather than yellow. With both being yellow it is hard to distinguish the cloud direction.
Even better to be able to shade the cloud, but i gather that that is not yet possible.

the cloud shading may be possible when qwt 6.0 is released. otherwise i would have to create a module for that. perhaps in the future.
