Both x32 and x64 versions work well through wine 1.6.1 (Gentoo), so would be nice if you mentioned this on your downloads page by the Windows and OS X build links: http://qtpfsgui.sourceforge.net/?p=298
By the way, I don't know if this is wine's fault or not, so I'll just mention it here instead of starting a new issue.
I have a 64-bit system, x86_64 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q 820 @ 1.73GHz, and the 32-bit version generates a HDR quite faster than the 64-bit one. Here are mean averages (5 runs each, full log here http://pastie.org/pastes/8674684/text )
Luminance-HDR-Win32-v2.4.0 EXR 0m36.859s
Luminance-HDR-x64-v2.4.0 EXR 0m46.202s
Luminance-HDR-Win32-v2.4.0 HDR 0m31.503s
Luminance-HDR-x64-v2.4.0 HDR 0m48.789s
When used without auto ghost-removal, the timings between the 32/64-bit versions are quite similar: http://pastie.org/pastes/8674712/text (or the variation in time between various runs of each version is too big to see a difference between 32/64-bit versions).
