RISC-V is a new open source ISA that is attracting more and more attentions. Would it be best to have a QPC port on risc-v architecture. There are quite some risc-v SoCs for example from SiFive.

More and more RTOS start to add support of risc-v now. I think QPC is an excellent match to risc-v in term of design philosophies.

Yes, RISC-V appears to be in vogue lately, but currently we don't have plans for official, native QP ports (with the built-in QV, QK, or QXK kernels) to RISC-V.

This does not mean that QP cannot be used on RISC-V. You can always use QP on top of the supported 3rd-party RTOS (ThreadX, embOS, Micrium, FreeRTOS, or embedded Linux).

Finally, the QV kernel is typically very easy to port, because it can work directly with compiler-generated ISRs, just like the venerable "superloop".

    Thanks for your reply.

But we love native QP. When you have made a plan for risc-v? We can provide support on hardware and verifications where necessary. Please let us know. Thanks.
