    Hi,

Please check the attached image file.

I have tried several times to download the qp-windows file from state-machine.com. Every time it reached around 70 MB, the download will failed and stop.
I can download the qpc & qm file from sourceforge, but I prefer to be able to download and install the complete bundle if possible. Anyone have any idea why is this happening?
winver: windows 10 version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1526)
Microsoft Edge Version 98.0.1108.55 (Official build) (64-bit)

I also try to download on another computer, and it's also failed.
winver: windows 10 version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1526)
Google Chrome Version 98.0.4758.82 (Official build) (64-bit)

    Any help will be appreciated.
    Regards,
    Edwin

    Hi Edwin,
I just checked again and the download from https://www.state-machine.com/downloads/qp-windows_6.9.3.exe worked just fine for me. (Today I used Microsoft Edge Version 98.0.1108.50 (64-bit) on Windows 10).

The qp-windows_6.9.3.exe file is biggish (177.70 MB), because it contains the compilers (MinGW for Windows and GNU-ARM cross compiler) as well as Python. Here is the VirusTotal signature of the file:

With "network issues" you typically just need to wait a bit and re-try.

Please post to this forum if the "network issue" persists till, say, tomorrow.

    Hi,

Thanks for your answer. OK, I will try again tomorrow and let you know the result.
As an update for now, I tried again with Windows Defender Firewall OFF, and the download still failed at around 70 MB.

    Regards,
    Edwin

I know this doesn't help Edwin very much but I just tried downloading the file from 2 different computers with 2 different OSes (MacOS & Windows) and both worked fine.

Edwin, maybe try any of the following: * can you use your phone as a hotspot & download over that connection? * can you try from another computer (ideally w/ different OS) * can you have a colleague / friend / etc. try, maybe from a different site?

Debugging connectivity issues can be an intractable problem.
