#318 QM incorrectly generates code for external files
QM 5.1.1 and 5.1.4 generated code correctly for "external" files, but the feature stopped working in QM 5.2.1.
Specifically, QM 5.2.1 creates duplicate headers every time you generate the code with or without making changes but does not change the actual code. Also, the Log Console window always states 1 file processed and 1 file generated even if no changes were made to the "external" file. QM 5.2.2 behaves the same way.
