Whenever I try to configure qmailadmin I get the following error: checking build system type... Invalid configuration `x86_64-unknown-linuxoldld': machine `x86_64-unknown' not recognized configure: error: /bin/sh ./config.sub x86_64-unknown-linuxoldld failed Does anyone know if there are any plans to add a x86-64 target or what I'd need to do to configure to add my own target. Hello all, FreeBSD here all qmailadmin and vpopmail from ports. qmailadmin-1.2.0 vpopmail-5.4.0 Here's the problem.. it seems that qmailadmin doesn't like my |preline statement.. Hmm...no...it doesn't...but how come when I add a user through the qmailadmin interface, it does add it to the database? I'm confused. :) But that's a pretty easy thing for me. Hey Everyone; I'm having a problem with the listserv functionality in qmailadmin. I migrated lists from an old vpopmail server where this was working properly (vpopmail 5.3.14 w/qmailadmin 1.0.9) Just to test to see if I didn't screw up in the transfer, I made the tables for ezmlm via ezmlm-make, created the listserv through qmailadmin with mysql support turned on. I added a subscriber to the listserv, then went to show subscribers. It doesn't show anything, however the user is in the table in mysql. I'm running vpopmail 5.4.2, and I've tried qmailadmin 1.2.0-rc2, 1.2.0 and 1.2.1. Regards, Tren |

If the interface can manage the prefs in MySQL, then spamd can use them when vdelivermail passes the email address to it (Ken Jones' patch which will go into the vpopmail 5.5 development series soon). Since it will probably reside in its own file, someone could probably start work on it to interface with Rick's new codebase. Since the code would only rely on QmailAdmin for language string lookups and possibly authentication, there shouldn't be much to change if Rick modifies the 1.3.0 codebase. I don't see any reason to add major features to 1.2 at this time -- it just means a lot more work to port the changes into 1.3. Also note that this topic has come up before, and there are interfaces out there for modifying SpamAssassin prefs. It would be worthwhile to research what's currently available, and if any of them are C-based, to use it as a starting point. -- Tom Collins - to...@to... hi everyone,
I've installed on my woody box qmailadmin from source .. it seems to
work correctly, even if the layout graphic doesn't compare and i can't
use what i think should be link to manage email account and mailing list
(actually i can create new email account, new mailing list, but i can't
modify them) ...
