#87 Cannot create same username. Please help!

Dear all,

I just accidently deleted one of user's account in qmailadmin. So then I tried to create the same username's account, but qmailadmin displayed "Name already used ###". Meaning the same username account cannot be created. Eg: I accidently deleted johndoe@abc.com. Then I tried create back the same username account using qmailadmin it displayed "Name already used abc". How can I create the same username again? I've attached so,e pic for your perusal. Please help me. Thanks

Do you have an alias/forward with the same name? If so, that will prevent you from adding a given username.
