The Q4OS script looks like it supports Devuan 5 daedalus but not the Devuan 6 excalibur release. Could you update the Q4OS script to support Devuan excalibur.
What's interesting is that Q4OS's documentation -- 'Setup Q4OS on top of a Debian based distribution' -- explicitly states that Devuan is supported by the setup script.
Running the setup script gives:

Looking at the install script I noticed Devuan daedalus is supported but there are no references to excalibur. I then tweaked it for excalibur and got it to run to completion but noticed the Wayland session gave a blank screen. The X11 session looks better showing a desktop but after a quick go on that I noticed sound issues so backed out.
Note: a test Devuan excalibur tweaked version of your Q4OS script is attached which runs to completion but has the issues above... probably due to the Q4OS script not supporting Devuan excalibur yet.

Yes, the script doesn't support Devuan 6 Excalibur. Create new topic in https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewforum.php?id=4 section - Feature requests and post here the link please.
