I try to install the x2go server using http://q4os.org/dqa004.html
I try the installation with version 1.1 and 1.2.1 of q4os,
but in any case, the client on windows 8 start but disappears after few seconds
I make other fild test with debian 8 and works but in that case I have used mate not kde desktop
plese tell me how I can debug the problem

We have successfully tested X2Go session with Win7 X2Go client.
In order to establish a connection with Q4OS Server, you have to enter the needed basic configuration in 'Session preferences' the 'Session' tab:
Host: [ Server's IP address ]
Login: [ User name ]
Session type: 'Custom desktop'
Command: 'start-q4os-x2go'
The Command 'start-q4os-x2go' is essential.
If you want to debug protocol negotiation in Linux, the best way is to start X2Go client in terminal window. For Windows clients you can check 'Show details' checkbox.

before writing the post I have:
test with putty the ssh connection... and work

it seems that there is my mistake before the installation of x2go server,
there is something in the server that I need to do after the first installation before install other application.....
