the Oval tool in Deluxe Paint lets the user rotate the
oval after the initial shape has been dragged out -
PxPaint currently does not support this functionality
Maybe you're calling Elipses as Ovals - which is the same as
naming Polygons as Rectangles!
ellipse, like circle, is based on trigonometric drawing
oval is drawn by 4 cirlce arks, drawn from 4 different
centers - a bit like getting 2 eggs overlapped
the rotation of elipses is done by rotating coordinates from
their center, with arc-sine and arc-cosine - i don't have
the algorithm with me now, but at http://www15.brinkster.com/nitrofurano/sdlbasic you can have
a code can be used for this from my 3d .obj reader

I don't know any oval tool on Deluxe Paint
But, rotating Ellipses is not that hard - i coded a small
code on sdlBasic, and soon i'll post somewhere
