Hi,

Best wishes for 2023 and keep up the good work, I really love putty-nd!

I noticed when typing "clear" in an SSH session, the scrollback is cleared as well, as if I would have clicked on the button "clear scroll back". This also happens when the clear is initiated from the device where the SSH session is connected to.
I remembered the behavior was different in some older version, so I traced back the behavior change to version 7.13. Version 7.12 does not show this behavior, in that version the scroll bar is not cleared when just typing "clear" in the SSH session, instead everything is pushed into scrollback, as expected.
Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, I checked the readme, it wasn't mentioned.

Cheers,

    Hi there,

It is a bug. Thanks for the report.
Please try with the attachment and with the "Disable remote-controlled clearing of scrollback"[Terminal→Features] ticked.
