[Ptpd-announce] Three new developers join the PTPd project.

Hi,

I'm excited to let you all know that we now have three new developers
who have joined the PTPd project.  Rick Ratzel, Inaqui Delgado, and
Rodney Greenstreet all work for National Instruments and will be
working on several key improvements to the daemon.  They've been added
to all the appropriate lists and controls on Source Forge and we'll be
seeing commits from them soon.  Please welcome them to the project.
