[Ptpd-announce] Latest changes to the PTPv2 daemon

Hi,

Several changes have now been made to the PTPv2 daemon, available in the repo under branches/v2/src,
so make it work in End to End mode.  This is now in testing and will be part of the next full release.
If you're using the v2 code please test End to End mode with AT LEAST two clients to make sure that the
fixes work.  Testing with one client did not show the bug that was just fixed.

I have also added targets to make development of the code base easier.  Please install
doxygen, cscope, global and dot from whatever ports/package system you use, in order to use
the new tags: target in the Makefile.
