#59 @tune to disable &-property setting

Rather than having to modify the source code to remove
the use of & to set props, it would be nice to see an
@tune that allows one to disable it. Perhaps I have
missed or there is no documentation relating to how I
can go about using a program in place of it? The use
of " and : as shortcuts simply call the respective say
and pose. I do not recall offhand whether there was
any reason & did not call @set or @propset, but
replacing either of the commands does not reroute &.
