Good afternoon, I have a user who is trying to install your software on his computer but the installer is failing without letting us know what the problem is. [Screenshot 2026-05-11 at 4.20.15 PM.png] The computer is running Windows 11 24H2 and has .NET Framework 4.7.2 installed. Is there something additional we need to do to?
