Hi there, I contacted you several months ago about converting waters data (thanks for your help), but now I am wondering if you might be able to help me with some issues processing sciex data. It seems if I convert ZenoTof data using the *.wiff files I get different spectral data that the *.wiff2 files. I haven't looked at the exact differences, but it appears the m/z values are nearly the same (32bit float imprecision ) but the intensity values from the *.wiff2 are about half of that from the *.wiff. Do you have any recommendations on settings to use when converting Sciex data from either the TripleTof6000 or the Zenotof7600? We are also currently in contact with Sciex to see what their recommendations are. Thank you, Tyler |
