Hi Anni,

I just updated the Docker hub page with some more explanatory text about what it's for, how to install Docker, and how to use it. There will 
be a learning curve if you're not familiar with command-line operations. In that case it may be easier to find a Windows machine to run the 
GUI version of MSConvert. Many of the vendor libraries we use only work on Windows, but this Docker approach is the best thing I've found to 
let Mac and Linux users do vendor conversion.
