[proteowizard-support] MSConvert Scan Summing

Dear ProteoWizard Support,

Hope you are great. I want to create a single scan file of .mzXML format using MSConvert Scan Summing function, but when I view the output file it contains more than one scan - there's a 3 or 4-fold reduction in the number of scans, so some summing is happening. My parameters in the scan summing function are default. I have not added anything else to the workflow. File contains protein direct infusion MS/MS data in the Waters .raw format. Could you please help?
