[proteowizard-support] MSconvert timsTOF data

Dear MSconvert team,

I am currently using MSconvert (version 3.0.19070) to convert raw timsTOF
data. It seems currently msconvert only supports MGF format to keep the ion
mobility information.

I am wondering whether it supports mzXML files as well, so that I can use
TPP workflow using mzXML files that contain ion mobilities as well.
