[proteowizard-support] .wiff to mzxml

I met a problem with MSConvert.
I want to convert the .wiff (data from 5600 triple tof) to mzxml, and it just pick the .wiff，no .wiff.scan.
Is it right？ and it seems have a loss of data.
Would you tell me that whether both .wiff and .wiff.scan are both required?
and Why I couldn't choose the .wiff.scan?
